Always clean , rare that you have to wait for a specific machine. Staff friendly and helpful. Would be even better if they had balance balls like the Victor location.

PF is 24/5, with reasonable weekend hours. Like tons of people, go at 8am, noon, or 5ish. Want solitude or not to wait for machines? Go just about any other time.

Always come during the day that way you don't run into muscle heads were all they want to do is stare at themselves in the mirrors

Never a line for the equipment and there's enough room between machines so that my neighbors sweat doesnt land on me :)

A nice gym for beginners, but is lacking heavier dumbbells, no kettlebells and no squat racks. Good for the $10-$20/month, but for a few dollars more, there are better area gyms .

Make sure you get your daily cardio workout no matter what you do at the gym

Basic membership is $10/month (an incredible deal!). Facility is spacious , clean with wide variety of equipment.
