Groomers have no skills. Every dog had the same cut, shaved! You pay top dollar and they don't even give you bows or bandanas unless you request. It's all part of the package. Not friendly .

My dog caught a case of Kennel Cough when she was in for her spay. Keep an eye out for a cough if you drop of your dog for the day.

Hate when the old man catches our fish ! He catches them with his hand, takes forever, drops them on the floor and puts them in your bag...need I go on??

None of the employees seem to have any idea what they're talking about. It took me an hour just to find someone who kinda knew about their products yet still had no knowledge relating to pet behavior.
