Clean , large rooms, covered parking ....also- free shuttle to Metro
Clean , quiet and comfortable . Free parking & shuttle , but a bit remote from the action. Ernie & Dora Hiers, Fiction Faith & Foodies Blog Read more
Nice rooms, I like the new layouts . Convenient off 495/95. Covered parking .
I didn't find it as noisy as other guests have commented...guess they are light sleepers. Was fairly clean . Agree with breakfast comments...not the best. Parking was fine.
Room was dirty when I checked in. Housekeeping didn’t empty all of the trash until I left a note asking them to. Saw an ant in my bathroom . But shuttle does take you to Whole Foods and back for free.
Parking can be a challenge at night but call the front desk they have passes for the deck.
Overall it's a good limited service suite style hotel .
Remote from sights, 15 min to old town Alexandria. Fake egg breakfast . Odd bathroom layout , tiny toilet room with tiny sink, bigger shower room with liquid soaps, bad placement of where to hang towel
Quiet , clean , great location
Rooms either face Eisenhower Ave or highway ramp and river with lots of construction . For now, get a room on Eisenhower side for some noise control.
Breakfast is advertised as "fresh" but it is not. Eggs are instant , made from powdered instant mix. Sausage is something even worse. Can't tell what it is. Bread and English muffins are very stale.
Try and get a room away from the highway and railway ie get a room overlooking the carpark
Love the rooms. Not the breakfast
Front desk may not mention the shuttle 's hours... ask or you'll be walking!
Hot breakfast with good variety.
Love this place!!
Verrryy long hallways. Made me think of "The Shining"
Get in the breakfast line early.
I think most hotels use instant eggs , not real eggs . But, the eggs they serve here have a truly nasty taste.
The breakfast nazi is very rude. Needs to learn how to be nice with the hotel 's guests. Yelled at me for reaching over her arm for a fork.
The free internet connection is horrible. It frequently drops the signal. Very hard to do anything online.
It was a very nice stay. Clean, nice staff, good area. Overall it was a great trip. Wish it was longer though. - Jacob Lawson
What a wonderful place to celebrate our 27th Wedding Anniversary. Thank you for the upgrade to the Martha Washington Suite. Room service was excellent as was the staff. - Cherry Reidenbach
Great hotel! Was surprised with a stay for my birthday. Loved the colonial style, real keys instead of key cards, amazing service. Will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend! - Rachel Orr
Bison meat is better for you than beef, tastes great too, enjoy! - Stephen Peeler
Incredible chicken panang curry. Amazing ambiance and red hot drunken noodles. A must try place! - Rachel Waite
