Yusho salad : Almost like their side salad (cabbage wafu salad ) with bits of pork . I don't like the crunchy fried ramen on the top, it's too hard and hard to eat. I don't like it.
Shio tonkotsu ramen : the broth was a lot lighter than the one at "Yamadaya", yet I kinda like it. The chashu wasn't bad. Not bad.
Nice small place, lots of food for just a single bowl of ramen !

Fried chicken : I don't like the powders they put on the chicken . Chicken had kinda crappy quality, too. They put a little spicy mayonaise . I don't like this.
The shio tonkotsu is yummy!
Very homey flavors. Nothing wow but cheap for UCI students. Meh
