Love this place - been a fan from the Seattle store. Offerings just as good at the Apple Store, but they have experienced people and no crazy lines .
The Mac Store is an Authorized Apple Reseller and Repair Center, but is not owned by Apple. There are trade-in programs and used computers available that Apple Stores do not offer.
Good selection of iPhone and iPod cases. You can try them out if you're almost sure you want to buy 1 of 2 cases for example. Just ask!
They taught me how to fix my computer so I didn't have to pay for them to do it! That's good customer service!
Best way to get here? Take MAX for free from downtown, get off at NE 7th Ave station. Walk north.
