United Club

Extremely quiet , comfortable new and clean seating, open wifi , good cell service, and good service at the bar . If only they had good snacks I'd swear I wasn't in a United Club.

Probably the nicest RCC at O'Hare and the only one with a self-service soda fountain - it's all the way down past bar on right. Lots of outlets for laptop charging, etc.

Way better than the United Club at the other end of the terminal. The little fridge below the snacks counter has more chilled snacks like cheese and carrots .

Go to the lower level by the bar , less noisy and near the cocktails ! Beautiful design, feels fresh and new

One of the better United Clubs, but still shit compared to any airline lounge in Europe or Asia.

If you drink Coke Zero , the self-serve machine in the lower corner has it available

This is the club by b18. It's not much but I have to say the soup and the salads (limited) are very nice!

FYI-Mileage Plus Explorer card does not get you the $3 discount on premium wines . Should have stuck with the free wine . The premium was cheaper than the nearby restaurant for the same wine though.

Nice area to relax, downstairs at the bar area. Wifi access with no passwords.

Favorite United lounge in Terminal 1- ample seating , power outlets and close to the puddle jumpers

This place is phenomenal. Drinks, food, and everything included with plenty of charging stations, but the wifi is terrible. Every thing else is awesome though

Better lit than terminal C but the bar here is not as good. Quiet and nice self serve soda fountain . Both clubs beat the other one in B

Lufthansa has an agent here, so you can get your boarding pass here, rather than wait in line at the gate.

After going through the airport lounges in Asia & Europe, this lounge was a downer. Very basic in comparison.

Upgraded in spring 2016 with better food and amenities .

They have good bloody Mary's . . horseradish as well

Keep heading down the stairs in the club - great little bar down there and some well-lit workstation seating farther in!

The beer is not free anymore. Only Bud Light . Sort of a disappointment...

Considering this is a hub for united, I am very underwhelmed with this lounge . Where are the windows to look out of?

Sad to say I didn't get to enjoy the Club.. Rude front desk. They said I wasn't a member and Chase said I was. Finally 10 min before my flight they allowed me in! Where is Customer Service?

If your a Presidents Club member be prepared to be treated rudely by the United staff and denied entry for the sole reason "the merger hasn't gone through yet" WTF?

Now does Steve have a red carpet? (BLERGH!) Or is that what United calls first class ? Either way...that's just high comedy .

They'll take your money for membership but don't expect that to mean they'll actually provide a seat. Total fail by United.

Nothing. It's probably the most lackluster lounge experience in the world. I'm shocked that people actually of pay money for it.
