Dress in layers as it's warm on the trail until you walk through the canyons and by the falls and the temperature drops quickly. After the lower falls - keep going to the upper falls . Worth it.
If you have time go all the way to the ink pots ! They are cool little springs coming from the mountain . The best part is the beautiful setting in a high alpine valley with the river running through
Pretty easy hike with great views ! You basically walk along the river . Make sure to check out the cove, which is off the beaten path. And after seeing the upper falls , go up more for top of waterfall .
The long hike to the ink pots is totally worth it!
Definitely worth the hike . Come early to get a car spot, and better lighting for the photos through the canyon .
Definitely make the hike to the Upper Falls . And don't miss the little trail that brings you to the foot of the Upper Falls .
Nice hike up to two waterfalls . Can get slippery with snow and ice but worth the visit.
A bear fed is a dead bear . Also, take pictures from your car but never get out when bears . This is to protect the bears not you!
Come early before the trail gets packed. Strollers not recommended, the wooden catwalk gets very narrow at certain spots.
Beautiful place to camp ansd be free of everything and take in the scenery. BEAUTIFUL.
Go for the upper hike . Be prepared for a rugged and demanding hike though.
Definitely go all the way to the upper falls ... beautiful hike .
Beautiful and well kept trail
Leave enough time to walk the whole trail . I wish the sign posting of the trail would be more clear. Read more
