Wilensky’s has been a Montreal institution since 1932. The setting, Special sandwich , and old-fashioned soda fountain make it a nostalgic stop in the Mile End area.

I saw it on CNN. This place it's like going back in time. I tried the Wilensky special and the fountain cola, they mix it with the soda at the moment. Sandwiches are awesome, have 2 to fill your belly

It's just a pressed sandwich of all-beef salami , all-beef bologna, processed cheese and mustard on a roll. Maybe so but they've been making Wilensky's Specials since 1932. [Eater 38 Member]

The closest you can get to time travel through your stomach. It's not that great, mind you... It's more for the experience.

Service très agréable. Bon Sandwich et soda root beer excellent. Vraiment pas cher et old school ideal pour manger en 3 minutes...ou rester des heurea.
