The Round Up Texas BBQ

We've been to a lot of BBQ places but this is the best. The brisket and ribs are delicious. This isn't a "if you're in the area" type of place, it's a "go out of your way" to eat here type if place.

Best BBQ I've had in NY, legitimately up there with all the good stuff in Texas. In freakin' Garrison! Ask for Bill, who was inspired by his Texas "honey " and he'll maybe show you the smoker.

Everything is good! My favorite inexpensive meal: hot dog topped w/ brisket , fries & Lone Star beer . Friendly , helpful staff . Outdoor seating when weather permits.

Deliciously great food. The brisket is yummy. The ribs are so tender that they fall off the bone. They're BBQ is delicious. If you want authentically smoked BBQ food, you won't be disappointed.

You want great Texas BBQ without having to travel to the lone star state ? The Dino bone is more meat than one person should consume on their own, so bring friends.

Had the chicken and rib combo. Mac n cheese had yummy jalapeno flavor. Want to try the brisket ! Corn bread also good

The chicken is good. The sausage is good. But this place is ALL about the marbled brisket and ribs . It's worth the trip from the city .

Amazing, very smoky ribs , especially after a 3-hr hike around Cornish Estate. The staff is also super sweet and attentive. Puts us New Yorkers to shame!

Most of the action takes place in the smokehouse. Meats marinated 48hrs, then smoked at low temperature – 20hrs for melt-in-your-mouth brisket (get the marbled , not lean) and 8hrs for the ribs & chx.

Awesome brisket and great meaty ribs . The corn bread is soft and sweet. The service/people are extremely friendly and accommodating.

The cornbread is like dessert , so sweet and fluffy, and kinda like pound cake , I looove it!! A steal at just 70 cents a piece

I was really excited to eat here based on the ratings, but the place was falling apart , the people running it were oddly rude for no reason, and the food didn't come close to other BBQ I've had.
