Highly recommended place to visit. The self guided tour is easy to followand very informative.
Loved the self guided tour which was easy to follow and informative. There are free samples available throughout the exhibits . Would recommend for families with kids and anyone who loves chocolate !
Finding the place may be a little tricky but just follow the signboards. You won't go wrong.
Oh don't forget to taste some free chocolates at the end of the tour . Queue may be long but worth the wait.
Hot Chocolate from their cafe is a must try. Truly amazing stuff!!
Highly recommend visiting, very interactive and fun! Worth the entry free. Lots of free chocolate . Waterfall is amazing.
Extensive but more than we expected. A few attractions not working but enough to keep the kids happy.
Nice and suitable for family outing
A fun little interactive museum with carnival games to win free chocolates !
A chocolate factory who smell like curry :( noisy , expensive , not much tipe of chocolate . And as professional chocolate eater/reviewer the chocolate is poor, too sweet and feel fat. No worth
Chocolate dipped frozen banana is fairly good. Smaller than you think however. $4
Entry fee: 15AUD per person
The zoetrope is worth the price of admission. Otherwise a bit ho hum.
Very nice chocolate but over priced
A must stop centre in Phillip Island ...
Don't waste your time. There's no magic here, it's simply dirty and poorly maintained. Don't be fooled by the queues - I'd wager that it's the tourist buses keeping this place afloat.
love it sooo muchhh
Had a great time in the chocolate factory
Garbage coffee . Hot chocolate is too sweet (even a ten year old complained) , tastes like packet mix. Chocolate fudge cake was sponge with icing. Pretty poor. Did not visit factory as $15.
Crowded . Cold. Unruly kids and anxious parents. Adults hogging all the games. My young kids never had a chance. Rubbish place. Never coming back.
The food is all halal for muslims :)
Apparently the popular two attractions were broken when we went. Should call them before you go.
nice. good experience.
Chocolates galore
Quite a few things 'out of order' yet they still charged full price for admission
Tour is very short . Don't eat at the cafe , worst coffee I've ever tasted in my life. Totally no coffee taste at all! Overall, can skip this place.
The luncheon "buffet " curry dishes are kept behind a glass counter and served by a staff member; definitely not my idea of a "buffet ".
make a packet of choc for yourself for AUD 2
They charge to see the chocolate being made. Bit rich!
Not a fantastic chocolate factory . Gotta pay to see the factory ! Not for me.
Meals are expensive , low quality and small portions.
Don't waste your time unless you're Indian. Disgusting.
شهري از شكلات:)
The Milkshakes are massive one between 2 kids and the vanilla is better than the chocolate - Spoona Flash
Eat before you come or have an ice cream and pop corn for dinner food is cold and over priced! - Megan Howell
Fantasia in on, beats the beach at the moment its pretty hot or vanilla pancakes at the Pancake Parlour sounds just as cool - Kelly Davis
The Penguins Plus stand is very good, this place is certainly worth a visit. Highly recommended. - Jeff Jackson
Beautiful place to go for breakfast, brunch and lunch. Great staff. Great food. Great history of the place. Beautiful gardens. Have to pay to see the historical cottage. - Julie Wall
A beautiful place with view of the sea, rocks formation are so nice and the scenery is awesome. there's also penguin boxes around the area, spotting a penguin is fun. https://t.co/ITZc5IilfO - Tracy Loh
