Rooms are small and in dire need of renovation, but you can’t beat the location across the street from Lincoln Center and the rooftop is worth a visit. Also, you can make like you’re Chuck Bass .

Great hotel with small but nice rooms, great restaurant and very friendly roof top club with a view to kill for! Don't forget to get the Chuck Bass Cocktail at the lobby bar !

This is an elegant hotel close to Lincoln Center & a short walk to Central Park . It is not cheap but heck, what is in NYC, right? But you are getting reasonable value here for what you pay for though.

One of those rooftop bars that makes you feel like you are in the center of everything. Great views . Inside and outside seating areas .

Friendly people, great location, stylish hotel . Don't expect too much from their breakfast , you will only have bagels , pastries and classic corn flakes with paper containers and plastic cutlery.

Amazing trip for gossip girl fanatics! Grand and dark lobby that reminds you of the one and only Chuck bass . Any girl will feel like Blair Waldorf when you arrive to the Empire Hotel.

The hotel lobby is breathtaking...great boutique hotel in a primo location. The bar in the lobby is comfortable and has a nice array of hard to find wines .

If you want to take the stairs, they are just through non-descript double doors in the corner past the elevator

There's a nice lounge on the second floor to relax. Bathroom ... Wi-Fi... all the amenities of home!

Haggle with the concierge to get a lower rate or upgrade with your room. If your Sicilian or Italian use it to bond!

Good hotel in the upper west side nyc.:) the view is good from the rooftop swimming pool .

Although they are slowly improving some parts of the hotel (in room AC ) they still have an issue with sound isolation and especially the windows. If you look for quiet . This is not the place for you.

The Sobieski Cytron martini at the rooftop bar is to die for.

Very small rooms but well designed. Bigelow bath products. Mini-bar. The windows open for fresh air .

Chuck Bass sure picks his hotels in style, so enjoy the rooftop bar like any Bass should.

Great location(near lincoln corner). I guess they have a club outside but there is 2 things I didn't like, 1:the elevators and slow and you have to wait 30 minutes. 2:the rooms are tiny:/

Don't ever stay on the 11th floor unless you are able to fall asleep with high-decibel music .

Unimpressed with this hotel the ventilation makes a heck of sound all night long room in need of a refurbishment!

Make sure not to get a room next to the elevator ! Rooms are small, and they have smoking/non-smoking ones!

Never accept the room 841, it feels like a closet and the AC does not work properly. The cleaning is very superficial. I will not go back to this hotel ????

Do NOT lean back on the pillows on couches in the lobby bar ,like everything else in the hotel they are falling apart and will leave you covered in feathers!

Lobby is a beauty. Room decor was not so great..

Get a Junior Suite , well worth it for a long trip!

Incompetent hotel . A request for a knife at 812am only produced a knock at my door at 836am, after multiple calls saying I was in a hurry.

No shorts ? Seriously in this 90 degree weather for a outdoor bar ? For real shorts can be more stylish and chic than crotch showing bandage dresses these hoes are wearing. Skip this place. Next.

Lobby bar is dog friendly !

Avoid. Location is great (and the staff are nice), but broken showers , maids who ignore "do not disturb" signs (and who "accidentally" walk off with electronic devices), and more plague this place.

The installations are perfect but the quality of the service needs improving. The people from the front desk are rude!

The drinks may not cheap but they are huge!
