Sorta got the same feeling from the sales reps here. Seems they're more concerned about fooling around with one another (with vulgar language no less) than making sales. Pretty sad!
Took our AC back, past the return date, no problems, store credit :)
Morons work here so be careful what you buy. They sell used merchandise.
Worst service and since best buy opened in the Bronx and mount Vernon I have avoided pc Richard and son but went there to buy air conditioners for parkchester condos only they carry
If you actually wish to purchase something you may need to get a manager. Apparently the "sales people " can't be bothered. Go to Best Buy , they'll match your price and actually WANT to sell.
The location is OK, but the customer service REALLY needs improvement.
Bad customer service. Want to sell you out dated products. Check the box, if anything is cut out like barcode or date don't buy!!
