Great Atmosphere and great food. Same burgers as Port of Call but a more complete menu. I usually get the fried calamari for an appetizer . Then chow down on the best burger , and a loaded potato .

The burgers and baked potatoes are amazing. Get the Cheddar burger though, the mushroom is served cold and from a can... Add cheese to your potato just for good measure

The food could have been better, there were creatures crawling on the wall, but the music was great. Davell Crawford - The Prince of New Orleans - was in the building!

Legend Ellis Marsalis playing the piano with his quartet is something you must do for your soul at least once in your life. Make it a point to be there Friday nights for the 8PM or 10PM performances .

Good Gumbo and excellent fried chicken ! (overall food ????????). The Jazz music is off the charts!

Good burgers and the best modern jazz for 500 miles!

The night I went had soft jazz , so it's romantic and tailoring to a mature audience. Too old for me but still really cool for what it is.

Pretty touristy , and the $25 hit for the jazz show was a bit much, given the venue size, but it was good music .

Locals come to this Marigny spot for great burgers and great jazz , which is tougher to find than it should be on Frenchmen St.

Ellis was wonderful. If you talk they will harass you. Pick a different venue if you are trying to be social and enjoy a funky New Orleans night out...

Great bar to cozy up to with new friends. Even if you don't go into the show space, you can still hear the jams !

Get tickets in advance the venue is 85 seats and sells out regularly.

Great music spot but best to buy tickets ahead.

Great music , great food... Service is rubbish and one particular waitress is very rude... Asks for tips rather than waits to be offered and ignores you next time you visit! Shame
