Best Buy has finally "got it"! I went in to showroom (look at) a TV that I saw on Amazon for 200 less than Best Buy's price. They price matched it, no hassle at all. Maybe there's still hope :)

We purchase electronics from BB all the time. The Black Tie Protection Plan is the BEST! ALWAYS get the Black Tie Protection Plan . It has saved us more than once: this time it was the TV . ;)

Staff is very knowledgeable , and really friendly .

Marian gives a lot of unnecessary attitude. She needs courtesy lessons if she's going to work the register.

They will match in store prices with other local stores. Use "shopsavvy" app to scan merchandise and compare to stores nearby. If price is cheaper elsewhere, bring merchandise to customer service.

Never EVER shop here. The salespeople will sell you a bill of goods all the time with their utterly useless protection plans , which they neglect to tell you doesn't include data recovery.

Use your rewards before they expire.
