Good service industry attitude, enthusiast lobby officer will try to call any places that we asked direction making sure they are open and event making sure taxi driver where we are heading. Great!!!

Checked in today and the room looks so dirty . As you can see at my photo someone wrote down on it but nobody change it for the next guest. I recommend to book the club room as it looks so much better!

The roof top bar is fabulous! Great service! Friendly staff . I had the Caipirinha & Bangkok Sling & they were both good.

Very nice hotel , polite staff , and conveniently located to shopping (50bht), night-life (walking distance), and a variety of food options.
Use the Facilities, they are good and even though the pool is narrow you can easily time it to be the only one in. It's also got a jet stream in there so you don't need to swim up and down!

We stayed in the white suite and it was spacious and well-designed. Not a luxury hotel tho. Club floor is ridiculously crowded and lotsa scavengers snatching food. No exclusive feel at all.
Overall nice hotel with good location (short walk to Chong Nonsi BTS Station) and spacious rooms . Free Wi-Fi, tasty breakfast ,nice Wine Bar on 38th floor. Not good: Pool is small,cold and overcrowded.
Checked in yesterday. So far nice, clean hotel in a very central location. All entertainment amenities are within walking distance.

The hotel is generally good. Rooms are well-designed and comfy . Breakfast is ok, not really exceptional. The pool, however, is a bit of a joke.
