Nice hotel once issues were worked out. Best tip arrive early for breakfast not a lot of seating
Cruise package-transpo only for 2 or pay extra. Staff not friendly . Check out other park and cruise in the area.
Close to shopping, Publix next door in an anchor mall and a Durango 's across the street...yummy

As a platinum member I expect better service. Phones in room don't work and commode won't flush and is backing up. Front desk said nothing could be done till next day
