Beautiful path to walk through a lot of JP and Roxbury Crossing. Right along the Orange Line , so you can hop on at any of the stations between Forest Hills and Roxbury Crossing.

Take your bike (or rent BlueBike) and go from Jamaica Plain all the way to Mass Ave, Newbury Street, Esplanade, and North End. Excellent!

Make sure to observe bike path walking path designation. Always listen for bikers who will often warn "on your left" NEVER ride your bike on undesignated sidewalk. Kids love watching the trains ...

If you aren't riding a bike , just please respect the bike side of the pathways. Don't hate those of us who commute by bike .

Make sure you bike on the bike path and walk on the pedestrian path.
