Clean , very friendly staff , spacious rooms , and comfy beds . I was here for a weekend of soccer at the MRSC and definitely enjoyed my stay here at the Hampton Inn .
I had good experiences with at least 6 staff personnel. Free breakfast that was good and more than enough. My room was non smoking and it HAD NOT been smoked in. All around good stay.
Clean rooms , extremely friendly staff , and great location. You feel the Southern Hospitality .
Very nice and customer service is great
Do yourself a favor and stay next door at the Homewood.
Very nice pillows !
Conveniently located across the street from FedEx HQ.
My dad came in from out of town , I thought it would be nice - if you like stains on all the furniture , including the sheets, the trash cans don't even have bags in them...that's not sanitary!
not a great hotel , even for the area. they don't enforce the no smoking in rooms. the clerk played dumb when I called the desk. Also the Air conditioning in the rooms are terrible
Stay away from the 4th floor. Smells like an ash tray
This. Place. Sucks.
Love staying at Homewood Suites especially when there for several days. Nice breakfast and light dinner included. - Janelle Bostic
Ótimo hotel ...limpeza e atendimento maravilhoso porém fica longe do aeroporto Great hotel ... clean and wonderful customer service is far from the airport - Fernando Gobbo
Probably the best Memphis BBQ I have ever had in my life. We had take out. The Cole Slaw is amazing. The baked beans suburb. Pork Shoulder Salad sandwhichs and Potato Salad are also wins. - Aims F.
Consistently good food, best salads in Memphis. Steaks and burgers are also good. Good seafood too. - Bill Crawford
