Stall 66. Classic Taste Western Food . It's been a while since I've seen Chicken Chop so stylishly plated in a food court . Plus points for actually being good too. Recommended! 7.5/10
Prawn Mee from stall 56 was excellent. A highly recommended dish.
Stall 47. The name says Bobby's Hailam Chicken Rice but it's served by a nice old auntie. Quintessential good KL chicken rice with lots of extra options. 7.5/10
Stall 25. Thailand Food. The name's a pretty obvious hint to what type of food it sells right? Authentic Thai food just like from the streets of Bangkok. 7/10
The soup provided with the Wantan Mee from the so called famous Tanglin Wantan stall was horrible. It was saltier than sea water.
The stall 20 which sell tom yam is very nice. Big portion and the boss is very friendly . The tomyam bihun which costs RM8 comes with quite a lot of seafood !
If possible, avoid coming here during the weekend as your food takes an eternity to be served due to the crowd. You can bring in outside drinks too so do enjoy your boba milk tea in peace over here ????
Stall no 5: home made Yong tau fu - pretty good and decent quality yong tau fu at a very reasonable price. You can taste the fish in the filling. Portions are also larger than average.
Penang white curry mee at d 1st stall pretty good; rich and creamy soup with cockles and coagulated pork blood, followed by fried tong fun (fried glass noodle ) that is a few stall away at only Rm5.50.
Stall 8 and 48 Char Kuey Teow were delicious :) and at Stall 4 the Sea Coconut is the best! Vry delicious, not that sweet. Worth the price :)
Stall 30, WANG ZI GRILLED FISH . Their grilled stingray is nice but lacks the intense flavour that I crave. Sotong cooked Thai style has a nice tangy flavour. Belacan kangkung is mildly spicy .
Stall 24. I ❤️ Taiwan. Tried the Grilled Chicken with Egg Rice . Yummy! And for RM5.50, what's not to like? 7.5/10
Recommend the no8 that serve a delicious fried rice . Serve it with the sweet belacan they given, it is awesome. I guess the 臘腸 juz make d fried rice more delicious.
Ipoh chee cheong fun (near Chatime-side entrance with mushroom sauce & minced pork ) is great! Recommended by super happy Ipoh boy who says it's close to the real thing. So good we got more for supper!
Recommend: Char Kuey Teow , Fried Tong Hoon at Stall #8. You will need to be (really) patient to have your good food. While waiting, try to order Lin Chi Kang. The place is a "sauna ". Rating: 2.9/5.0
I recommend No.11 stall to eat their ais kacang, their ice kacang is very good and tasty,I will eat it everytime I come
Stall 78 babas nasi lemak has great food. Best marmite chicken in the world. Always a queue at 6pm.
It was very long ago since I've eaten a traditional Kampung Fried Rice . It's nice here in Gerai Kak Ya. Together with a Chicken Tom Yam Soup , it only costs me RM 8.50 *satisfied* ☺
Amy & John Penang Curry Mee serves white curry mee . Not bad. Very customisable
Prawn Mee from Stall 52 is nice.
Grilled Stingray was charred all around. The dip sauce was watered down and tasteless as well .
Stall No.8 for Authentic Penang Mee Goreng Mamak ! World's apart from KL MEE Goreng Mamak Hitam! Complement by Stall 14 Leng Chee Kang! Best Penang Mee Goreng Mamak
Stall No.30 » Char Kuey Teow is Superb!!! I like it very much^ ^ Have been eating it since I'm young :) MUST TRY when u step into ss2 Wai Sek Gai
Leong's Fried Kuay Teaw is worth giving it a try. The Kuay Teaw feels smooth and soft with fresh prawns and clam . Extra spicy please ????
Stall #11. Tasty & refreshing ABC. For special, use password to order "GrabICE" with the young gentleman behind the counter!
Try Char Koay Teow at stall no. 8 operated by dedicated husband and wife. Spicy enough for a Penangite like me and well fried
Pay no heed to various scammers that are abound here. If they try to engage in a conversation with you, just politely tell them you're not interested. They'll storm off but your wallet will thank you.
The Char Keow Teow at stall no.8 is not bad. No.52 Nyonya Fried Chicken rice is also decent. Overall still your typical food court food.
Penang char kuey teow from Stall 8 has earned several good reviews in Google. Nice wok-hey.
1st shop selling ice kacang. Large portion with plenty of condiments. It's 3.50 per bowl but they only offer self service.
Variety of hawker food. Canning garden chee cheong fun is recommended. Closes to ipoh style.
So many options! HK chee cheong fun , kam heong lala, ikan bakar !!!
one of my fav places to makan..lots of choices and most of the food are quite nice. Esp the Thai food and the fried tong fun..extra spicy ;) oh and beer is cheap here too
Char Kuey Teow from Stall 8 is excellent. Do ask for extra Lap Cheong!
Attention!!!! When u're here pls caution the stuff belong with u(hp,wallet, those things)...stall no.38 Penang grill fish hv not responsible!!! A Samsung phone hv gone by her!!!!!
Try Stall 26 for the Mango Juices and Desserts . The Mango Twist, CocoMango and Mix Fruit Combo is heavenly.
The pork satay at Lim Satay House store is the best. Better than the ipoh one !!
Chinese Rice Dumpling near the entrance is very Delicious... Must Try... You'll never regret...????
Stall no.8- Recommended if you are looking for Char Koay Tiao & Fried Rice , Yummy ( ^ ^ )/■
Follow foursquare tips on which stall is gud here! I personally like 30 char keow teow, 35 ABC/Chendol, 36 chee cheong fun , 77 fish ball noodle , 78 nasi lemak
Calamansi sour plum drink is the best here!! Store 41 endlot
The sweet potato fries at the Taiwanese stall are not oily! Satisfyingly crispy and sweet :)
Various type of foods to choose from. It's good for a quick meal here
Pork Satay was decent but the Peanut Sauce needs improvement.
Try the char kuey teow at stall no.48,it's superb!and the chicken rice at stall no.3
Stall 8 fried Indian noodles . Good portion with reasonable price. Accredited by Penang lang's tongue , however it's a bit too sweet.
Stall 47 chicken rice , stall 48 char kuey teow , 51 - Siam laksa , 7 - western (chic chop), 6 - pork satay , Thai stall - mango pulut , 1st stall from mj cafe side - abc.
Prawn #CheeCheongFun - Stall 10Fried #KuehKak - Stall 22#CharKuayTeow - Stall 48
The wantan mee from stall no.29 is good and very generous portion . For more food update and makan place location, kindly visit http://clevermunkey.blogspot.com :)
For dinner with a spicy kick , try the Beam Nut Soup from Thai stall #25. Appetizing stuff
Quite expensive despite being situated it the food court. I took a piece of fried chicken, a very small portion of pork curry and was charged RM11. The taste was alright, nothing to shout about. - Helena
Kong po chicken is pretty spicy... - Tony Lew
Indian Curry's mutton rendang is SO GOOD! Fish curry too. YUM. - Juliet Sng
Snow fungus with water chestnut and sea coconut tong sui is very tasty, not so sweet, good for health, huge bowl & cheap! RM2 only! - Rachel Loh
Lamb chop at Joe's western is soooo good! Not overcooked. Meat is just nice and soft. One of the best lamb chop for just a stall in a food court and at only RM 14! - Rielz Cheong
Famous home cooked style local desert (Tong Sui). Not too sweet. Nice & Tasty !! - Bruce (布鲁斯) Loh (骆)
BBQ Squid spicy is yum ! now got a lot of stalls selling it but they're good ! must try. RM9 for a squid is quite worth it la ☺ - Daniel Y
