Taberna La Alhambra

The red tuna plate is great here - had to come back for it :). The place (C\de Victoria 9) is cosy and quite authentic as well as the neigboring taverns in C\de Victoria 5 and 7.

Octopus , jamon and chorizo are fantastic. Wines very reasonable and this is a fun place! Just be careful and don’t order too much. It is a lot of food!

Friendly personnel . Get two tapas and split. It's enough food! Try the traditional Madrid dessert with fried bread , milk and honey . Excellent!

Nice spanish food . The 12 euros menu is totally worth it. 1st plate + 2nd plate + drink + dessert + bread .

This is a really an excellent restaurant . Reasonable prices large portions . The best croquettes I've had anywhere and almost as good as my sister's

Loud music , clean . Ample seating. Kind English speaking waiters ; English menu. Watered down Sangria . Garlic shrimp disappointing, likely frozen????. Oxtail and veal heart were tasty. Generous portions .

Super typical! Try the cheese with blueberries and cheese cake as a dessert ????????

Do not miss the opportunity to eat typical Spanish food (Andalusian )... Try the "albondigas "... Amazing! MUST go!

Oxtail is amazing. Calamari delicious. Fried cheese and blueberry sauce is also really tasty. Try the unusual stuff here.

Not the best place to eat in Madrid, even though it was listed on travel guide. The meat was hard to chew and the paella wasn't the best I tried. But it is more popular for tapas , I assume.

It used to be a nice and quality wise taverna back in 2011.I visited it in 2015 and now its more touristic with mediocre food. They even replaced patatas bravas with fried potatoes , what a shame!!!

Good location and good service , however, I didn't like the food. I had Entrecot but got dissapointed. Jam and chorizo were below the average. Not going back.

Веселое заведение с прекрасной кухней и весьма ненавязчивым обслуживанием. Паэлья маринара , сырные шарики с черничным соусом и несомненно креветки - все очень вкусно. Осьминог лучше не брать-резиновый

Taberna de las de siempre, caña bien tirada ,buen ambiente y personal impecable. buen sitio para ir de tapas , la comida excelente especialmente su albóndigas . Repetiremos!

Muy buena relación calidad precio, comimos 6 personas 1 parrillada de carne , una de verduras , una tortilla y unas croquetas con bebidas y postre a 12€ por cabeza. Súper recomendable

El local tiene un aspecto tradicional, las tapas son buenas y los camareros muy buenos. La musica también genial! Volveré.

Dicen que las raciones están bien de tamaño y sabor pero no las he probado.Tienen "tapas " que son como las de la foto,una especie de tosta.Eso y un vino 5,5€

Es verdad que las albóndiga están muy buenas, y la tapa de salmón es bastante grande , hemos comidos dos personas con eso.
