The staff is sweet and knowledgable . They kindly answered my questions even though I did not purchase anything.
Cages are a little tight and some of the other guests are a little loud but overall a decent nights sleep
This place has the sweetest and cutest puppies! But their products are extremely overpriced. You can get a lot of their products online for more than 50% of their price.

To make me feel better about the dogs in tiny cages , I was told they get out of them for 1 HOUR OF PLAYTIME A DAY. This place should be closed. Inhumane.
