The best Nando’s among all outlets in Klang Valley so far. No matter how busy the staffs are, how full the tables are, the staffs have always been very welcoming and positive. Kudos to the manager!

1/May/2013: They have really stepped up their game! The new restaurant is superb, ask for James & tell him JFK sent u. Lovely decor as well , food is WAYYY better than before their renovation. Come!

If you need more time to hang out with your friends and you are not too hungry, come here. It takes forever for your food to be served. Oh ya... And drinks too. :-P

Quarter Chicken Peri-Peri Mild is my personal fav. The Espetada is superb, too! Of coz, you can't miss the Peri Chips .

Love the peri-peri chicken ! Although the waiters attention are hard to attract .

Can never say no to their Caesar salad with chicken plus the services here are waaaayyyy better compared to the paradigm branch ????

The service's good. In ramadan, u hv to get in the waiting list first for berbuka n then show up on time - 6.30pm,otherwise they gave the seats to next in line .

Always bringing the best grilled chicken with their hot sauce . Friendly staff too.

Tips the waiter/waitress. U will get better service for the next visit. Every time I came here they bring me bottomless ice lemon tea for free. On the spot!!!!! :-P

All waiters are looking at their phones instead of looking out for customers who needs help with their orders. Came here at 9pm, waiter passed us the menu only after 20min. What 'great service'!

As long as you order the chicken , you will never go wrong. ;) Peri Peri mild is great.

Employees all staring the grill place area instead of looking out towards where customers sit. Been here b4 & yes really need to improve staffs attitude. Today they told me chocolate no stock ... ????????

The service very very slow. Not enough man power today.! Merdeka suppose it special but its waited more than 30minutes to get serve and more than 45 mins for food to be served.

This outlet is brimming with staff always but yet all the customers need to shout or wait for more than 10 mins or much more for a drink refill or just to get attention of any waiter . SERVICE SUCKS!

It is really delicious, and bottomless drink ... you don't need to add any other sauces ... Bon Apetit

Lol...agree with u all, slow service. So I got free drinks and free set after my complaint to the manager. And somehow the service changed 180 degree after I complaint. Good job!

Surprisingly very good service . Fast and efficient.

Service is appalling. Staff pretended to not notice us when asked to refill bottomless drinks . When there werent enough chairs to sit at a particular table, customer was asked to go get it ourself

I can see that my food is ready almost 5minutes ago and yet no body bother to send it over to me. Very poor service, not sure of not enough number of staff . Not coming back here.

1/4 chicken size just like kfc.. small n cute .. price remain the same but size getting smaller.. shame on u Nando's..

The Food and Decor is Outstanding but the service, disappointing. Plus the coleslaw that me and my friends order was not fresh, it was like I'm eating a fake salad . Overall 5.5 out of 9.

The food is awesome but the service here sssuuucccckkksssss!!!

Service is so slow even though it wasn't crowded . Saw my food waiting to be served for more than 5 mins while the waiters are chatting around... And the Caesar salad was missing croutons !!

If u just sat down, my tip be just get your ass out of this place and go to the Ikano branch. Slow and subpar service here. Don't be surprise if your trip to Ikano are faster than the service.

Am not suprise when reading all the tip left by others..yup the service is poor..our table is not clean and we have to ask them 3 times to finally do it.. Come on guys be more alert please, tq..

Very bad service. The staff is always chatting and just standing there. Food was so fast order taken about 5mins but turn out to be not hot (just warm) the chips were soft and soggy.

My favourite grilled chicken drumstick with peri peri sauces !!

The staff here are really blur.

For the best pieces of chicken , try coming after 9. I got a huge quarter chicken for dinner !

Their sideline nt really tasty, I stil prefer sideline from KR, Bt Nando's chicken taste is better~><

I like their peri chips and the quarter chicken is worth the money hehe

Slow service! But their chicken is just yummy! Try the chicken liver with portuguese bread as well ..

Chicken is sooo small compared to other branches. Very very slow service. Took them 30 mins to deliver the chicken . 20mins asking for our bill. Only 3 secs getting our payment and 15mins 4 our change.
