Great Location, next to Subway and S-Bahn. Really good equipped gym with a decent Spa (Sauna and steam bath). Staff is always welcoming and friendly . Great breakfast . Club Lounge is a bit small.
Westpark location is nice away from traffic and have an easy transport to south of bavaria. Add on it lovely breakfast
Very friendly and efficient reception. Beautifully renovated rooms . Good restaurant , especially if you like fresh food and great steak . Public transportation super close. An excellent choice.
Great hotel for Oktoberfest. Avoid the hotel bar and visit one of the awesome tiny neighborhood bars nearby for a nightcap

Terrible rooms and poor wifi ... Wifi in club room is strong. Above an underground which is convenient since its a long way out of town .
Service is good in the lobby but slow. Turkey burger on the bar menu is actually a chicken sandwich .

The club rooms are ok! but only 2 elevators for a hotel with 8 floors is bad!!
Very little, rooms are dated and small, executive lounge is miniature with poor food selection. The wifi is the worst in Europe.
The hotel has a really disgusting smell especially on the 10 th floor, no bathtubs and king beds are two twin beds put together.
As platinum member, they don't even explain to you about the club lounge and internet, you have to ask. They don't even offer to deliver your luggages to your room. Poor service
No sauna , no pool ! Way to hot on the room. No à/c working..
