Go during off peak hours, i.e. any time that's not lunch or dinner . Otherwise, the lineups are about seven deep and they're prone to delays and wrong orders.
Sunday nights are insanely busy here. You’ll be waiting 10 minutes to get any order.
There's a nice looking fireplace but they only run it in the spring and summer.
The booth seats that are parallel to Starbucks/Chapters are able to pick up Starbucks' wifi .
