Everyone who works here is always so kind & helpful. I prefer here to the union square spot --Nothing against the union square location, this is just calmer, has a good vibe, & isn't as crazy crowded .

in a hurry with 10min to spare before an appt. Asked the associate where the extractor tools were. Her response: we don't carry them at this location. LIES! They were behind the partition. Idiot!

This store is extremely small .. lacking a lot of products. One on 34th and Soho are much bigger and nicer. Not really worth visiting. Makeup artists there typically look sour faced. sorry Sephora
