I just got there and the girl was so nice helping me with everything. Besides the sold out stuff they didn't had which you can expect that being at Times Square.

Slowest service of all time, didn't seem to care that we had to wait 2 hrs before one of the girls in my group had her makeup done despite having an appt. bc they forgot
Selective customer service. Stood here over 10 mins waiting for someone to greet me or help me to no avail. Won't be shopping at this location again.
