Chef Francis Ang started as pastry chef @ 1 Michelin ⭐️ Gary Danko & Fifth Floor/Dirty Habit, w/ his signature: chocolate bombe . From popup -> now brick+mortar, his savory shines, ie: sisig fried rice
Great food, fabulous staff . Get the Ube drink. I was a big fan of both the pork and the veggie lumpia , could eat that all day.
Nice new Filipino spot. Drinks are great here + small bites. A bit pricy and don’t love the in-hotel vibe
The pork skewers , fried rice and squash dumplings are not to be missed!
Black bun , tuna pork belly ceviche , cheesecake are great!
Pork bun , pork sausage , and dessert were good. The entrees were mediocre. Way overpriced for what you get.

Nicely presented food but lacking flavor. Disappointing. Location within a hotel also dampens the atmosphere.
