Bubbles is the restaurant located at Grand Mercure Phuket.They served one of my favourite breakfast selection . Bread and croissants are not to miss and omelette made of chicken eggs and salted eggs
For covid times ., they are doing mini buffet which is also good but mostly serving thai dishes. Choices are enough
