My favourites: claypot rice (it is large so order for less than your group), char siu , suckling pig , soup of the day, and for dessert - sesame paste bun . Boom.

Black sesame dessert roll is unique. No one else makes it. The brown sugar puffy bread thing is also very good.

There are a great variety of vegetarian food here. Vegetarian dim sum is seasonal. Good quality, quieter environment, my top 3 Chinese restaurant I go for vegetarian food .

Quite simply the best suckling pig of my life. The braised charsiew noodles , baked crab , and tofu mushroom parcels in broth are standouts as well at this refined Cantonese joint. Skip the roast goose .

Possibly the best sweet and sour pork , pork buns , brothy shark fin soup and other dim sum delights you could possibly ever have. Solina's favorite.

Great vegetarian choices (with eggs ) try the fried rice , tofu dishes and dumplings . High quality and beautiful made.

It's good to know that even with a new name and location the quality of the food is still the same. Wonderful snake soup

Apparently there is a Michelin rated chef that joined the restaurant recently. The quality of the food was exceptional. So was the bill. HKD$1000 for 4 ppl. ????
