Come about 5 minutes before opening to beat the line on Sundays. No visit is ever quick.
This store is a joke. 20 minutes to get anybody to pay attention to you. It's Verizon. They have you by the you know what's . Bring food because you will be here for hours........
get here when they open or very close to open, only time when you can walk in and immediately get service!!!
Do NOT buy a phone in-store. You're getting overcharged by as much as 80%. You can get the same phone with a Verizon plan from Costco, or amazonwireless.com. Don't let them convince you otherwise!
Always a line . Bring a book if your phone isn't working.
