For anyone not familiar with the concept of "snow ice": a large circular block of frozen flavored milk is shaved very thinly and topped with assorted goodies, i.e. mochi , red beans , taro pudding .
The snow cream is the specialty. My wife likes the boba here more than at Maria's bakery next door. She says Maria's boba is too sweet. Snow cream is pretty good!

Their puffle with green tea ice and mochi is THE SHIZ! Totally reminded us of Los Angeles SGV Asian desserts .

The puffle is interesting & delicious & the mango drizzle was great!
Revisited this place after a few years and was super excited to get the snow cream again. Unfortunately, it the snow cream is no longer fluffy and airy, but instead gummy and disappointing.

The red beans were undercooked, matcha snow was bland and packed. Snow icecream is supposed to be airy and fluffy not compact and icy. They also ran out of bubbles... overall disappointed.
Their small bubble tea is 24 ounces! ????
