IFC Mall is obviously a pricey shopping mall but at Baker & Spice you can eat a good breakfast or lunch for a decent price. And easy to order just by scanning the QR code on the table with wechat
This café is awesome, I'm sitting in it right now. Although it could get crowded and difficult to find seat in high traffic times like weekend or lunch hours.
Feel free to get the salt, pepper , water at the court and magazine At the corner.

The chicken pesto penne is a little bit too salty, but the minestrone soup is delicious!
