Good late night service on a Saturday. Food is what you would expect, but good!
Ok, so if you want really good service here, ask for Chad, Arnetria, or Lindsey!!!!!! Trust me on that!!!
Bar area is great, but the bar staff can be a little slow due to staffing it always seem every time I go there!

Find a different O'Charley's to go to. This one needs major improvement in many areas.

Terrible service. Once I received my food it was ice cold, my rolls were undercooked, and my mashed potatoes ... FILLED WITH GREASE. It was literally a spoonful of potatoes floating in a bowl of grease
