The egg/onion/sardine pancake/soup is amazing and the grilled one is very good too. Order a sashimi on the side too. Won’t regret it. I can see why it’s worth a michelin star
The lunch set is the best way to try to understand what kaiseki is without spend a fortune. And... try all the fish plates ????
Amazing kaiseki dinner and exceptional service . I would go back in a heartbeat!
The lunch set (800 - 900 yen) is an incredible deal. I got the nabe set + side sashimi . Get there early to queue
The Sashimi Lunch was so good I ordered a Double with a Half Aji Fry !
Not impressed for a 1 star restaurant . Tried their set 1 (sashimi ), 3 (fried sardine ) and 5 (pot with eggs and onions ). Very average. Have been to other 1-star cheap eats and had more desirable food.
Affordable for lunch with sardine speciality cooking.

800¥ for lunch set, tasty and even 1 star Michelin !
Went there for dinner . The worst service experience I've had in a restaurant . The hostess was rude and made me and my date feel shit by making disrespectful comments.
While this restaurant is awarded Michelin one star, sardine lunch menu is quite reasonable (800 yen). Just be patient on a long qurur . 土曜の昼は並ぶので覚悟が必要。階段だけでなく店内にも3人位座って待ってる。1人で行くとグループ 客を飛び越せる(かも )。
鰯の料理をランチタイムにいただきました。鰯最高だね。

Great food basement, gift and art departments. Directly connected to subway. One of my faves in Tokyo. - Zara
Such a fabulous park with a great variety of flora, always something to see here even with the 500 yen entry fee - Dan Castellano
My favorite department store in Tokyo. Has a wide variety of gourmet food section of ready made food and desert. They have good discounts if you go after 6:30pm. - May Shigenobu
