A real Roman food.everything is perfect,I ordered Tonnarelli Cacio E Pepe & tiramisu.Better to make reservation in advance.Staff r super friendly especially(Giuseppe). This place is highly recommended
If you are looking for an authentic Roman trattoria you don’t need to look much further than Hostaria Romana. Carbonara (€8) is a specialty here. amatriciana (€8) is also good.
Pasta of course (cacio e pepe , gricia , carbonara ), and the carne... Excellent and friendly service ... Crowded so do yourself a favor and make a reservation
