Bamboo Sushi

We sat at the sushi bar with our freshly made cocktail of the day & ordered the chefs choice sashimi & shared it between 2 people & if this was your last meal - this would be it, said my friend.

The number one rating is justified three fiends had chirashi omakase with bamboo’s own sake . Outstanding. Amazing fish and for a house sake it was really one of the best I've had in a while.

Delicious sushi , variable menu, good outdoor seating when the weather is nice. Complimentary salted edamame with ginger was a plus. Will definitely be back!

First sustainably farmed sushi restaurant . The Green Machine Roll is hands down my favorite. If you like Miso Cod , theirs is great, but very rich, so save it for the last course.

I honestly didn’t love everything enough to justify the price but the tempura was the best I’ve had since going to Japan and fish is all good quality which means a lot

The staff is super friendly . I liked the sushi , but by far the most delicious was the miso covered eggplant !

Spectacular sushi on a whole other level from anything you've had before. Order flights of fish or any of the specialty rolls . Their tuna and salmon are to die for. But the planet need not die either!

Order any of the sashimi or nigiri that the chef recommends and sit at the sushi bar . Waygu beef burger was delicious.

I was just told it's policy to give priority to those with their name on The List, regardless of whether you were there when your name was called or not. You can leave and still get a seat quickly.

Had a "flaming hole" roll that was so NOT flaming! Liked the sushi , but Bamboo certainly likes themselves with the high prices! Good, but not with the long wait to get in.
