They helped us create a custom cheese board with cranberry Stilton , goat , emmentaler, and alpine cheddar . Add bread , crackers , and a bottle of wine for a great experience. Great seating outdoors.

GREAT smoked turkey and cheddar sandwich on whole wheat bread . Also had a cheese plate with dried fruit and sliced French bread - brie , mild bleu, & soft chèvre cheeses . LOVED it!!

Decided to get the chicken this time, very good. We had a brownie as well it had a lot of chocolate chip chunks inside, it was good too.

They have 2 gluten free breads , a whole wheat bagel and a white bread . The bagel is very good bread but not much like a bagel , it's still delicious. The white bread is more gf traditional.

Yes, you have to get the house dressing . My turkey on rye with house dressing , tomato , cheddar , and sprouts is one of THE best sandwiches I've ever had. Get the Chowning's Tavern Root Beer too!

Be prepared to wait for your meal. It's often a tourist stop. I have had consistently good sandwiches from here. Ask if they have bread ends and try dipping them in the house dressing !
