Sushi Lab Rooftop

Definitely fresh and well prepared sushi , however you’re better off going downstairs to Sushi by Bou. I do like how they serve their Miso soup in a science class beaker. ????

Chefs omakase was excellent, also wagyu sushi , seared salmon , spicy tuna tartare rolls , charred edamame , and salmon belly and poached asian pear , great service too

Great quality experimental combinations. Rating does not feel right to me. Some reviews are inaccurate. Service is great and food too in a beautiful location.

Whimsical rooftop in the heart of Midtown, good for photo ops. Staff is lovely. Tasty and fresh fusion sushi , don’t expect traditional.

Chef’s selection (omakase ) is only $60 during lunch ! Such a great value .. they have A5 wagyu and Hokkaido uni. Reserve a bar seat !
