Dumpling is a must. Worth the fame it has. Vegetables , soups , noodles , everything is good and worth the money. Staffs are friendly but make mistakes since they are too busy with crowded guests.

Their crab roe tofu and shrimp and egg fried rice make a good combination! Of course their xiao long bao is a must have! I enjoy their noodles with scallion and soy sauce as well !

I love the Noodles with Scallion , it's meatless and if you like spicy , ask for the chilli with oil, add it to everything, heaven!

Xiang long bao is the must-order. But the other dishes are yummy too????????try the water spinach and the HK fried rice ????you'll not regret it.there's another DTF in central but it's more crowded by expats

Freshest oolong tea . All dumplings esp. in special sauce were excellent. shu mai, egg roll also great. Turnip jellyfish salad crisp and refreshing. Great, fast service , a little pricey but worth it.

Never go wrong with Din Tai Fung. Plenty of choices here. Make sure you order their spicy cucumber , chicken in wine , and spicy wonton .

Of course the xiao long bao is a must, but the menu is extensive and has lots of other dishes & bites. Fried rice didn’t disappoint.

Must visit restaurant in Hong Kong. Incredible food. Extreme value for money . A bit "hasty" in atmosphere compared to western "fine dining".

Okay the Xiao Lung Bao is amazing here, very juicy and full of taste. But the other steamed Dim Sum are also very good. Full and deep flavours.

Amazing dumplings ! Spicy shrimp and pork dumplings are the best. Order rice and pour some of the spicy sauce on it! Have some pork and truffle dumplings too!

While there are a few locations, this one is quite central -- but beware, the wait can be long. Best to put your name down and go browse around and come back.
