Really impressed the moment I walked in the room! As a weekly-road warrior, have to say, walking into a room that caters to females was a nice and welcome surprise. Well done Hyatt!

Nice, comfy rooms . Toothpaste is a great touch. Friendly , helpful staff . Good menu at Lobby Bar w/ several beers on tap . Great breakfast buffet -- worth the $18!

Very friendly staff . Great mountain view rooms. Regency club offers complimentary breakfast and after work snacks .

Great location to be close to San Jose, Mountain View , and various vendors. A bit run down but they are renovating. Free parking but often not enough. Often gets sold out due to conferences .

Lots of power plugs at the desk and near the bed. Modern room design. Temp control. Flat screen TV . Excellent at checkin.

Lovely place to stay - enjoyed myself to the fullest - would. Love to go back and stay longer

Didn’t stay here but spent a lot of time in the lobby during a conference . Nice lobby with lots of choices for dining and working space.

I've used the text the concierge @408 857 5821 multiple times and have had very fast and great results.

When you go back from a run, the valet at the main entrance gives you a bottle of water and a fresh towel ! Very cool!

They finished their renovation so rooms are pretty good now. And the Internet is now free. Parking still a hassle.

Rooms must be in a process of updating, about 80% done with older finishes hiding around. Seems like a hotel that was on top for years and now is struggling to find its image.

Newly renovated rooms include docks for iPhone 5s and later (and work for iPads too)

They brew big jugs of Starbucks house blend each morning at the lobby bar . $2.50 for a Grande beats the free instant stuff they have in the rooms hands down

New parking charge of $15/night, self park . $22 valet.

Rooms are nicely decorated. Modern, but not over the top & comfy beds . They also have toothpaste in the bathroom - how cool is that!

The staff here are really fantastic, going above and beyond what is necessary.

Charging for Internet seems a little crazy & the showers take a solid 5 minutes to get hot & don't stay hot for long.

Regency club is great...free coffee , water, and happy hour food. Thumbs down to having to pay for wireless in the hotel though

Bartenders at the evolution bar are slow to serve, sit at a table and order from waitstaff , it's faster.

Very basic conference hotel . Hot water supply is not reliable. Be prepared to get a cold shock in the midst of your shower . No shower gel , only soap. Hair dryer went bonkers on 2nd use.

Traveling businesswoman? Ask for the female preferred room.
