Santa Clara Marriott

This Marriott location is outstanding from service to in house dining they even got there own Starbuck inside the lobby and the lobby is very spacious also etc..????????

Hotel is really big, you can get lost really easy. The rooms are ok, they are not that fancy to be in the valley. I do like the express checkout method through the tv .

Starbucks in the lobby closes ard 10am. Water is available at the water fountain near the lobby toilets . They also bring out water dispensers with fruit slices later in the day opposite check in desk.

Much improved after a recent renovation. Wifi speeds are seriously improved too. And parcel 104 is a pretty fantastic restaurant for the area.

If you visited before be sure to let them know at the desk, they'll normally give you a free wifi code.

Gold and platinum guests get free breakfast across from lobby. Breakfast ends at 9am and if the ladies harass you for coming in at 8:50a blow them off and enjoy.

Airplane noise can be a problem. Take a room from the south tower, facing Great America to minimize the noise.

Above average gum with lots of space and equipment - refurbished rooms are above average for US Marriott.

Hotel is nice. Staff is friendly . The hotel is huge. Rooms can be very far away.

Really impressive customer service and followups - better than most Marriott's, which is usually better than other hotels .

Walk to Great America in the morning, come back here to get lunch and hang by the pool then head back to the park for the evening. Such a perfect day.

Great fitness center . Nice decoration everywhere. However, the walls are almost paper-thin so you hear every noise and talking around you.

Egg white frittata with turkey sausage avocado and tomatoes is awesome!

Parcel 104 downstairs serves excellent lunch . Try the chili .

Nice fitness center and heated outdoor lap pool then refuel in great restaurants .

The tower is best location. They have a great gym here!

Service here is unparalled! Three thumbs up!

Over priced and not nice. Staff is fairly rude and clueless especially at Parcel . So, if you can get a room at a comparable price at the Hyatt, go for it

Free wifi in the lobby is slow. Room wifi costs $13/day. Use the hotspot functionality on your smartphone instead.
