Get the extra rich garlic pork ramen with and extra egg , the house salad , the fried tofu , the pork bun and some hot tea . Heavenly!
Hard to go wrong here in terms of the broth base. I don't think their pork cha shu is very good, but that's really the only bad thing I can think of. My go-to ramen joint for the price point.
Try the Hello Kitty drink, it packs quite a punch ;) If you like thick noodles , get the dipping ramen . The chicken karaage is delicious!
Get the yuzo shio ramen . The bright clean flavors are a good contrast to the pork . Tempura & chicken karage are well done.
You can switch pork to chicken (which is a lot more) in your ramen
Be prepared to answer " how's everything" every 5 mins or so if you visit during non-busy time. :p

Food not as good as capitol hill . Service also better at capitol hill . Here there were so many staff just talking and not paying attention to customers. Need to go beyond their own role.
