I think the negative review on the serving staff was from previous management/owner. Current staff are all polite of not sweet.

The employees had major attitudes . Never had such a big problem subbing cole slaw for fries in my meal at any other Popeyes I've been to, or getting a spork to eat it with!

Refill your soda . What can they really do? When the soda fountain is the seating area, that means it should be free

The Dr. Pepper dispenser is actually root beer , and there's a .99¢ charge for refilling your fountain drink — that you fill yourself.

If it's Lent, get the shrimp tackle box.

The staff serve up fried chicken with an extra large serving of 'attitude '. But don't worry, the attitude comes free of charge.

My stomach didn't feel good after my last visit and I had to run to the closest bath room an hour after.

Weird... The service I got was pretty nice, and they served me with a smile. Can't understand from where the complaints come from...

Kind of a sad excuse for a Popeye's. They don't even know what the Cajun Sparkle seasoning is! They don't have it! :(

Great fried chickenwings.

The workers (including the manager who resembles Ving Rhames) is ghetto as f*ck. Their attitudes are the worst. Its customer service hell served hot and fresh!
