A theatre pub for over 200 years. Great real ales .
Great selection of ales on tap . Famously frequented back in the late 90s by local journalists such as Kieron Gillen and Matthew Pierce.
Could be the best pub food in Bath. The fish & chips are excellent but the triple cooked chips are amazing. Nice selection of beers , friendly staff .
What a surprise! Understated yet delicious. A rare last minute find and a must go in Bath!
Fantastic little boozer, good food menu, dog friendly , lots of real ales
All the food is great, the staff are lovely, and the drinks are flowing. Great place! :)
When we booked we mentioned a member of our party is coeliac. They presented us with an annotated menu complete with possible gluten-free substitutions. Amazing.
Great dog friendly pub

Awesome food. The lamb chili burger is amazingly good. Thrice cooked goose fat chips !
I expected much more from the Sunday Roast .... :-( change the cutlery , knives don't cut the tender meat or the meat is not so tender
The chips are consistently amazing
Brilliant lamb burger
Excellent fish and chips !
Ordered 45 mins ago. We are the only table here and no sign of food, no offer of drinks and zero service! Very disappointing!
Little bit overrated.
Great beers, wine and music. Haven't tried their food yet but I will definitely be back here! - Giovanni Sarbia
Excellent tucked away pub, check out the restaurant upstairs as well. - Neil Mohr
Excellent audio tour, well-organised, really interesting. - Adriana R.
I recommend the burger. Great flavour and great chips with a great salad. - Nick Jones
