Fun place to fish , sail , and canoe !
Call about availability before renting boats. Lake Wheeler is very particular about wind speeds and rental hours.
If you want to kayak , prepare to get wet. They aren't high quality kayaks so they have holes in them, and your bum will be quite drenched afterwards.
They sell food here ????????
