Hotel is great, but the city block where it is located (south from Hauptbahnhof) is awful - a lot of sex shops, go-go dancers, turkish and arabian shops & cafes around.
There's a small grocery shop directly across Schillerstrasse that sells cheap cold beer . Bonus!

El hotel es barato y está bien aunque la zona, al estar cerca de la estación central no es muy buena. A nosotros nos interesaba estar cerca de la estación porque hacemos tres salidas de Munich en tren

Hotel itself was good, but there is quite the sketchy crowd in the neighborhood outside at night. Parking is also very limited. We had to park at the train station. - Ian Wagner
