The Sandbar Seafood Restaurant

We go here for special dinners with family and friends in order to create great memories. We have had many good times at this waterfront restaurant and we usually arrive by boat. #wandahalpert

If you feel like eating fine fresh food like king crab , lobster and tuna I'll recomend you to order the tower, it would be enough for two.

The Sandbar may be known for its seafood but the G.I. Burger is some next level deliciousness!

No hesitation. Eat here. Fish was fresh and tasty. I had the hot pot which was good but would get something else. Wife loved the sushi and sashimi . Jordan was awesome. Kids pizza was not good.

Delicious don't forget to try oysters and the fries (the best I had ever tried), it is a good inversion. Pretty good service and the red lager superb :)

Really great restaurant with lot's more on the menu than just seafood . Great service. Awesome view of the city from upstairs. Enjoy.

The patio is beautiful, but also inside the decor is outstanding and the chairs very comfortable , more like a living Room ones

Great seafood and awesome, fast service . Had a group of 19 ppl and the food came out in a timely fashion and no orders were messed up. Try the scallop kabobs and black cod (sablefish ).

The blackened fish tacos are the best. Get a side fries and share it for lunch .

The terrace is warm and cozy even in winter, if you are still cold they have blankets available!

Loved the GI burger but the real treat was Mr Kelly on the piano (plays Sunday - Thursday)

Nice place to go for the ambience and good food! Had the King Pao shrimp bowl, which was fresh and delicious!

Doesn’t matter the season, the patio is memorable! Overlooking the paddlers in the bay and downtown the view and delish seafood are worth the trip!

They have an amazing patio . Make sure to get the mussels ! It's a great place to have seafood with a view .

Hoshi Sushi at Sandbar is a must-try by Chef Tsutomu Hoshi.

Sit in Rene's section: best server ever! Order the mussels they are never overdone and always plump & juicy! The bread is chewy fresh and Granville Island winter ale goes pairs perfectly with all!

Pricy but exceptional food. Get whatever is fresh for that day.

I would like to go again for happy hour . Quality of food comparable to bridges , but less expensive .

Really bad service. I waited for about 10 minutes at the table to be answered. I had to get up to go and have some waiter . Beside that, the food was not good, it was tasteless.
