Breakfast buffet was awesome! Excellent omelet options include crab , shrimp & asparagus ! Also came with a fruit smoothie in a shot glass! Loved it!

Conference area was great! Food at breakfast and lunch was good and friendly staff . Overall not a bad experience for having to go to trainings , wouldn't mind all trainings being here from now on.

Crab cakes are good. Especially for someone who has been getting crab cakes in Phoenix for the past 8 years.

If you are an elite member...the 'smile' only applies to you. Not your travel companions. So I guess all airlines and better hotel properties have it wrong?? According to Mgr Luis...that's the case!

Not a bad hotel , but I don't recommend the room service . Plenty of places within walking distance to grab a bite if that's your thing.

The hotel bar (On the Rocks) is OK for a drink but if you're looking for food I recommend going elsewhere.
