Lovely reception with welcoming staff . The hotel has very recently been modernised, with new lobby area (trendier), and very clean rooms . Stayed many times here with no issues. Breakfast is good

The hotel bar is kinda cool. Like the venue. The bar tenders I met were open to wishes how to do my cocktails . Price levels are quite good for a hotel bar .

Super artistic interior design . Located on a nice area close to Alexanderplatz.Very nice hotel overall.

Nice hotel , very nice front desk people. Standards rooms are quite good, single beds are small and not very comfortable . Breakfast is good!

Hotel does most things right. Beds ok, water pressure good, rooms are quiet ... until you open a window. Try to get a room away from the elevator where the exhaust for the central aircon is.

Good: location, subway is close. Breakfast is ok. Tea is great. Bad: stuffy smell in my room -520. Window you can open only with very small hole, condition air is very loud , hardly can sleep with it.

In my opinion too expensive for what it is. The rooms are spacious and the location great but don't expect a luxury hotel (the decoration, style, etc is quite normal)

Great rooms, super breakfast

Nice hotel but the wifi quality is terrible. We have 2013, decent quality wifi is neither expensive nor rocket science. Fix it. (swisscom/eurospot) Really annoying. Revisit depends on stuff like that.

The Ermelerhaus offers a beautiful setting for weddings and special celebrations!

Internet connection is too slow. Can’t even call in what up or check Instagram.
