Itacho Sushi

Good quality sushi , but cheap - easily the best of the mass market Japanese restaurants in Singapore. Look out for their special 50 per cent off sushi deals .

Sushi set is fantastic. Pair it with cold soba or a crab soup . Service is still as bad, and yes surly Swee Fong is still there. Go during non peak hours like 5pm. Go for sushi and sashimi , not curry

Love the roasted salmon rolls :D pure awesome, never ever had the salmon with soy sauce before does it really exist or is it just a marketing gimmick lol.

The scallops are really sweet, but there's sprinkling of what looks like broccoli shavings ???? and raw "steamboat vegetables "???? and processed crab meat - chirashi failed

They serve the best hotate sushi - jumbo and juicy - sweet too!

Assorted Sushi Set is awesome. Add a Cold Green Tea Soba if you still have a little room for some more food.

Bluefin Tuna promotion. Excellent selection and very fresh! Loved the tuna don.

Given the crowd, I think the service staff are already trying their best. It doesn't help that many here stay to chit chat after their meals.

The sashimi in rice is delicious, but fish roe is hypertension-inducing salty

Oh yeah even with only 9 people in the restaurant , svc is inattentive. Saving grace is the freshness of the fish . Better to order the "raw".

Seems like all itacho staff are overworked and/or underpaid, they always look grumpy.

1st time at this branch. Usually dine at the Bugis Junction branch. The service here is ok.... But one staff 's service is really bad! I can't believe it. 'Thanks' to this staff w poor svc- Swee Fong .

Yucky service!!! Dirty tables, incompetent and grumpy staff , equally lousy manager. First and last time ever. Would rather eat at Sushi Tei which has excellent customer service and equally good food.

service here is really sub-par, even from the supervisor. the wafu dressing for the salad never came despite repeated orders.
